   Use the form below ONLY IF your household currently participates in dual-stream recycling and, during the conversion to single-stream recycling, would like a larger 96-gallon blue-lid recycling bin. This form is not for new customers. 

   If you are a new customer or are unsure of your current area’s program details, please call 970-256-4136 for assistance.

   The current named person on the utility account is the only person authorized to request changes to service and complete this form. If you are a tenant, talk to the owner of the property and ask them to complete the form.

   Please note: After conversion to Single Stream recycling, service to your bins will be weekly; you may not need to upgrade to a larger bin.
